What can we do with just 12 minutes? Such a short amount of time. Yet, a perfectly fine quantity too.
In 12 minutes you can start a journalling routine recording your thoughts and ideas. We can Brain Dump the dozens of ideas flying round our busy little minds, chaotically bouncing off each other before landing in either the melting pot labelled ‘Important items – DO NOT. FORGET’ (to which we inevitably.. Forget!) or the huge scrapyard of non important items. That massive tangled up mass of a 1001 items that your brain feels we MUST get done. But we either don’t do them or simply don’t need do. Unless you’re one of these lucky people who just manage to remember EVERYTHING. Sadly, that’s not me.
Journalling and brain dumping can make a huge difference in regaining some clarity in our lives. Twelve mins daily. Plan the day, reflect, brain dump and list some wins for the day. More on that later.
That’s my 12 minutes up.
